• PVA Emulsion Plant /Acrylic Emulsion Plant : We manufacture multipurpose PVA Emulsion Plant Which is widely use for making Paper Adhesive, Wood Glue, Envelope Adhesive, Wallpaper Adhesive Bookmark & Price label Adhesive etc.
• Adhesive Plant : We offer PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) plant, Synthetic adhesive plant & Lamination adhesive plant for Stickers, Labels, Tapes, Bindis, Self Adhesive Tapes, BOPP Films, Adhesive for Side sealing of BOPP/Polyester or laminated carton, Adhesive for Textile & Leather finishing, Paper Cones .
• PVC Stabilizer Plant : We manufacture PVC Heat Stabilizer Plant to manufacture TBLS, DBLS, LS, CS, DBL (Phos), DPL (Phthate), ONE PACK Powder, Flakes which are used in manufacturing of PVC Pipe & Fitting, Suction Pipe & Garden Tube, PVC wires & Cables, Profiles, Leather cloth & flooring, Shoes & PVC Films etc.
• Polyester Resin Plant : We manufacture Polyester Resin Plant. There are two types of Polyester resin , Saturated & Unsaturated Polyester resin. Saturated Polyester resin is used in Pigment, Ink, Coil Coating, Thermo Plast, Soda Bottle, Textiles, X-ray films, Magnetic tapes, Packaging , Metalized film. Unsaturated Polyester resin are widely used in Sanitary-ware, pipes, tanks, gratings and high performance components for the marine and automotive industry.
• Alkyd Resin Plant : We manufacture Alkyd resin Plant which is used for making Alkyd resin From long oil & Short oil viz. Soya bean oil, castor oil, Linseed oil .Alkyd resin is widely used in many industry viz. Paint ,Lubricating grease, Coating, Emulsifying agent, Cosmetic( Nail Paints), Detergent, Rubber, Pigment, etc.
• Phenolic resin Plant : We Manufacture Phenol Formaldehyde Resin Plant. PF Resin is synthetic polymers obtained by reaction of phenol or substituted phenol. Plywood Industries Laboratory counter tops, Foundry Industries ,Coating & Adhesive etc
• Textile Auxiliary : We offer Textile Binder Plant, Cationic & anionic Softener Plant,
• Optical Brightener Plant : We manufacture Optical Brightener Plant for powder & liquid also with technical know which is used in Paper Industries, Detergent Industries & Textile Industries .
• Distillation Plant : We manufacture distillation plants from Lab size Pilot to Production plant. We make distillation column viz. Batch Distillation Column & Continuous Distillation Column. There are five type of Continuous Distillation Column viz. Binary Column, Multi-Component Column, Multi Product Column, Extractive distillation Column, Packed Column.
• Essential Oil Plant : We manufacture essential oil Plants to produce essential oil from Flowers, Leaves, Barks, Roots & Fruits of Plants. Essential oils are produced by Steam Distillation, Hydro Distillation, Batch Distillation , Solvent Extraction, Fractional Distillation, Vacuum Distillation, Continuous Distillation .We also make plants to extract oils from spices.
• Acid Slurry ,Soap & Detergent Plant : We are the manufacturers & Exporters of the Acid Slurry, Soap & Detergent Plant. These plants are used for making Acid slurry, Toilet Soap, Bathing bars detergent powder , Liquid detergent , Toilet Cleaner, Glass Cleaner ,Floor Cleaners, Hand Wash, etc.
• Reaction Vessel: Jacketed, Limpet coil, Top Open, Close type etc. With Agitator Blades of Anchor type, Paddle type, Gate type, Turbine type, Propeller type etc in various material of construction MS & SS 304/316
• Drum flaker/Drum Drier : We manufacture Drum flaker /Drier to make Flakes of PVC Stabiliser One Pack, Textile Softner, glycerol monostearate, Waxes etc & Other chemicals.
• Mixer : Sigma Mixer (Double Arm), Mass Mixer, Ribbon Blender Mixer PVC High Speed Mixer.
• Centrifuges : Three Point Suspension, Four Point Suspension, Top Discharged, Bottom Discharged, & Bag Lifting Type.
